TEXAS BIG SKY PHOTOGRAPHY

Striking a sublime balance between visual enthrallment and professorial documentation, the incredible work of Rick and CJ Boales succinctly captures the spirit of Texas in every shot.

More than just a photograph, each stunning frame is a moment that transcends time.

From long-abandoned homes proudly refusing to succumb to decay, to collectors working to preserve Route 66’s place in history, Mama Jo is proud to display a collection of work from Texas Big Sky that focuses on gripping details and tenacious icons peppered throughout the Texas Panhandle. Watercolor by Esme' Glenn

PERMANENT COLLECTIONS

THE ART OF ESME' GLENN

Skillfully harnessing the fluid nature of watercolor, the artist skillfully evokes the memory of life’s sweetest moments—the playful dabble of light on city steps, or the gentle sway of blooms spilling above. Her acumen for both exacting architectural detail and gestural expression is evident, and evoke a sense of timelessness and rejuvenation in a place that is simultaneously familiar, but seemingly far-away.

Patrons are welcome to stop by Mama Jo’s to purchase prints and view the permanent collection of original works by her mother, Esme’ Glenn. Click the link below to read Mama Jo’s heartwarming exposition of the artist’s life and artistic journey.
